Privacy policy

This website exists so that farmers, trade buyers, suppliers and partners can send Motke Nursery an enquiry. This page says what the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Who is responsible

This website is run by Motke Patil Nursery, a proprietorship trading as Motke Nursery. Address: Motke Nursery, Miraj, Sangli district, Maharashtra, India. Sandeep Patil is the proprietor and Rohan Patil manages the nursery.

Questions and requests about your data go to office@motkenursery.com, or through the contact page.

What we collect

The site collects information only when you choose to send it. The enquiry forms on the contact, rootstock, tissue-culture, liners-for-export, supplier and enquiry-list pages ask for:

  • Your name and a phone number, an email address, or both, so we can reply.
  • What the enquiry is about, and the kind of buyer or business you are, if you tell us.
  • Optional details that help us answer: company or farm name, quantity, location, your country for an export enquiry, when you need plants, and your message.
  • For ornamental enquiries, the plants and quantities you added to your enquiry list.
  • The page the enquiry was sent from, the site that referred you to us if any, and campaign tags in the link you arrived by, so we know which channels bring enquiries.
  • The type of browser you used, which is kept with the enquiry, and the network address the enquiry came from, which is used only to block automated spam and is not kept with the enquiry.

How we use it

We use the details in an enquiry to reply to it, to confirm availability, quantities, timing and dispatch, and to follow up on the same requirement. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising. If you ask us about a plant or send a quotation, we may keep your contact details so we can get back to you about it.

Storage on your device

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small things in your own browser so the pages work: the plants and quantities on your enquiry list, which stay in your browser until you clear the list or your browser data, and, for the current visit only, the referring site and campaign tags in the link you arrived by. Neither leaves your device unless you send an enquiry.

Who else sees it

Enquiries reach the nursery team through the services we use to receive them, which may include our email provider and the systems that store enquiries for the team. Our website host keeps standard server logs, including the network address of each request, for security and operation. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads; our own pages do not.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp apply to that conversation.

We share your details with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your requirement and for our business records, and we delete them when you ask us to, unless we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also withdraw consent to further contact at any time. Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you these rights, and we will act on a request within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.

Send any request to office@motkenursery.com, or through the contact page.

Children

This site is for businesses and farmers. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
